Today was enlightening. I'm really getting old. Went to visit a friend I've known since we were like 5. She's now 37. Her neighbors came to visit too, for a BBQ, and their youngest daughter is now old(who I remember as 6 years old)... well, like 35 or something(but it doesn't look good on her face).

I really miss the 'slow' life in Schenectady in West Hill. It seems like it is just a subdivision, but is really a unique community. Kinda wish I could work out a way to move back(or somewhere equivalent).

(Anonymous): Love the 'slow' life

Everywhere I've gone since Sch'dy has been small and 'slow'. It's my preferred lifestyle. I'm betting with a job like you have it would be hard to find an equivalent in a smaller community. My sister, computer geek that she is, has always lived in larger cities (Washington DC, Ottawa) because that is where she finds jobs.
