My weight loss stalled a bit this week. Probably from all the pizza and crap I ate over last weekend. Actually, the pizza and such I had for lunch during the week probably didn't help either. At least my weight didn't increase. So, this weekend I'm skipping all that and trying to be good.
Next week one of the guys at work is going to join forces with me to measure our weight loss. Of course he's already down to 207. We're about the same height and such so we both probably should be at 185 or something. I'll be really happy if I can just get under 200.
