Well, if you believe the scale, it claimed I was down to 214 today. That puts me within one pound of being overweight and makes the total weight loss 15 pounds so far.
My plan had been to diet and focus for the month of April which means that Tuesday I'll be done. I'd like to relax the diet a bit and fulfill some my cravings and take up the issue again in June. That'll give me a chance to see how much I put back on after a month. It'll also give me a chance to drop a bit more before the 4th of July beach party thing.
