Temperature shock

While it is really cold out east, it is nice and warm(50-60) out here, although it has been raining.

I understand that in the summer it will be really hot 100+ and dry here. In the areas I work there is all the air conditioning/cooling pipes for the array elements. As a result it is quite loud, but also quite cold. When the array is down for whatever reason, the air conditioning continues and makes really cold, especially if the array is down for any length of time.

The team is often wearing several sweatshirt and coats inside the building to keep warm. Come summer we will want to be lightly dress for the outside, but forced to bundle up inside. Perhaps the outside heat and the sun beating down on the building will offset some of the air conditioning, but I doubt it will help too much.
